Dear Editor,

I appreciate your article on the FairTax. It is truly a "fair" tax for everyone. The poor are protected with the prebate, and the rich will continue to buy thus paying more tax. I don't agree that there is a rule that says that the tax system must be progressive. A fair system is what most people want. I never got a job from a poor man, so we need to quit punishing the "rich". We all aspire to do better and this tax system would allow everyone to have a fair chance.
