...a Free Liberal issue, abolishing NASA would be at the top of the list about now. NASA is a completely elitist boondoggle, of benefit only to the few at the expense of the many. Think of the inequity of a waitress in Seattle, a carpenter in Orlando, and a junior accountant in Detroit having to shell out their hard earned wages for this military-industrial-complex spectacle.

Sure, NASA has invented some things that have contributed in small ways to the commonwealth. But, for me, I'd take my chances with the people keeping their money.

This one's not even close.
