Hillary Hung On

by Kevin D. Rollins

Hillary Clinton's victory in Pennsylvania makes a remarkable statement about how important *strategic thinking* is and that you shouldn't give up because of a few nicks and bruises. Wait, what was his name? Oh, Mitt Romney -- the Republican who threw in the towel before the race was over.

Although a lot can be said about the ordering of the primaries governing the outcomes of the nomination races, there is still a lot to be said for those candidates who have the pluck and courage to stick it out till the bitter end. The presidency is about character after all.

Way to go Hillary! I don't support your campaign, but I admire your dedication to your cause. We can all learn from your example.

Way to go Hillary, all I can say is operation chaos is working like a charm. Great, now on to North Carolina.

It's a fine line to walk between "dedication" and "obsessed sore loser." Almost everyone concedes she's mathematically out without the Super Delegates. So, is Lady MacClinton encouraging an anti-democracy coup against Prince Obama? Or is she going to make the argument she won the popular vote but not the delegates, due to gerrymandering?

This brief candle truly signifies nothing, but tis fun to watch the puppetshow.

Except that her victory in Pennsylvania was never the issue; the issue was that it's virtually impossible for her to win even doing better than expected in the rest of the states (and she didn't do better than expected in Pennsylvania).
